Spade & Blade is the garden care arm of LW Renovation Group Ltd. LW Renovation Group Ltd is the data controller for the information described on this page. Contact details are at the bottom of this page and in the site footer.
What we collect
When you use the quote form on this site, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, postcode or town, a short message about the job, and, if you choose to add them, up to three photos of the garden. Every field except your name, phone and email is optional. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead, we only have what you tell us in that conversation.
Why we collect it
Solely to work out what your garden needs, get back to you and give you a free quote. Photos help us quote more accurately without needing a visit first. We do not use anything you send us for marketing without asking you separately, and we do not sell or pass on your details to anyone outside LW Renovation Group Ltd.
How it's sent and stored
Quote requests, including any photos, are emailed directly into our enquiries mailbox when you submit the form. They are not stored in a separate database or shared with any third-party marketing tool. If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we keep the email only as long as we reasonably need to in case you get back in touch, and it is deleted with the rest of that mailbox's normal housekeeping.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it, such as which pages get visited and roughly how many people submit a quote request. This is aggregated usage data, not anything that identifies you personally by name. No advertising or tracking cookies are used beyond this.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any point, whether or not you went on to book a job with us. Get in touch using the details below and we'll sort it.
